How does your business handle sales leads? Have you “automated” the sales process? If you are in a service business versus product business, my guess is not. Face it, its tough to automate a service business. Although many try to do this, few consider trying to infuse even more human touches in their strategy.
My company, Investor Nation, is trying to take an even more humanistic approach then we have in the past. More human touches can often compress the sales cycle. We consider the frequency of attempts to reach a lead coming in, the appropriate times to call someone back, and what non-human touches should be infused into the process.
By developing a human touch focused strategy in your lead nurturing process you can count cash flow to improve from a shortened sales cycle, sales to go up, and likely client rentention to improve. All by automating less and involving your human capital more.
