Investors Travel to Memphis for BBQ Festival
May 17-19, 2009, hundreds of teams from all over the world gathered in Memphis, TN, to compete in the Memphis in May’s World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest. Investor Nation joined in the festivities by sponsoring Slab Yo’ Mama Barbeque. This was Investor Nation’s first year to participate, but it was Slab Yo’ Mama’s 7th year in the competition.
“Memphis in May is an important event in the Memphis community. We supported Slab Yo’ Mama Barbeque to support Memphis in May and to reward our clients,” said Chief Marketing Officer Ryan Hinricher.
Slab Yo’ Mama didn’t claim any supreme bragging rights in the 2009 competition, but the attending Investor Nation clients said they thoroughly enjoyed the festivities nonetheless.
