Market Spotlight: Atlanta, Modern Boomtown

The real estate investment market in any city is based upon the two factors: population and jobs. Atlanta is poised for growth in both. Being home to a regional office of nearly every company in the Fortune 100, Atlanta also boasts the world headquarters of firms such as Coca-Cola, Home Depot, and Delta Airlines. Investors Travel to Memphis for BBQ Festival

May 17-19, 2009, hundreds of teams from all over the world gathered in Memphis, TN, to compete in the Memphis in May’s World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest. Investor Nation joined in the festivities by sponsoring Slab Yo’ Mama Barbeque. This was Investor Nation’s first year to participate, but it was Slab Yo’ Mama’s 7th year in the competition.
